Moody Younger has more than 30 years of commercial real estate experience, serving clients throughout Texas and the Southwest.
During his career, Moody has held senior management positions with Grubb & Ellis, CBRE, Trammell Crow Company, Jones Lang LaSalle and Transwestern Commercial Services. In 2012, Moody partnered with four colleagues to establish, Younger Partners. Over the last six years, Younger Partners has grown from five people to over 70. In his current role, Moody is responsible for the overall performance of the company. Moody currently serves as the chairman for Fight Night 2019, the largest annual fund raiser for The Real Estate Council (TREC) in Dallas and has previously served as a board member of the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors. He is also involved with St. Monica Catholic Church and serves as a board member for the Sammons Center for the Arts. Moody holds a B.S. from Texas Tech and an M.B.A. from Southern Methodist University.
Moody and his wife, Jennifer, have four children: Lauren (Texas Tech, 2018), Kaitlyn, Jake, and Cole. Moody has enjoyed being actively involved in each of his children's academics and extracurricular activities. He also enjoys hunting and football.
