Royce Itschner is president and chief operating officer of TransPecos Banks.  In this capacity, Royce is responsible for leading the bank's revenue, technology and operational areas with a focus on delivering innovative and creative solutions for their customers and employees.

Royce is also co-founder of Epic Western Cocktail Company.  At Epic Western, Royce and his partners are focused on creating premium, canned cocktails using 100% Blue Weber agave tequila. Using high-quality tequila, certified Mexican mineral water and real citrus – we make it like you'd mix it.

Prior to joining TransPecos Banks, Royce was an executive with USAA from 2011 – 2019 and was in a variety of leadership roles focused on implementing enterprise-wide risk management capabilities and technology solutions.  Prior to USAA, Royce spent 11 years at Protiviti, a global consulting firm, where he worked with numerous organizations to enhance business performance through operational effectiveness, risk management, and enhanced business processes.

Royce is a graduate of Texas Tech University where he received his BBA in accounting and management information systems.  Royce enjoys spending time in the outdoors with family and friends and currently resides in San Antonio with his wife and two daughters.
