Spencer Hayes is an established market expert in commercial real estate advisory services for Cushman & Wakefield, having previously served for five years as C&W's market leader for Austin and San Antonio. In 2016, 23 years after co-founding Oxford Commercial, where he served fifteen years as its CEO/managing partner, Spencer led the sale of Oxford to C&W.  As managing principal for Austin/San Antonio from 2016-2021, Spencer guided C&W to a commanding market share, quadrupling the revenue and EBITDA for the regional through acquisition, recruiting, and organic growth.
