Callie Field is the Executive Vice President and Chief Customer Experience Officer for T-Mobile. She leads an exceptional team of digital technologists and over thirty thousand customer experience experts who are on a mission to make our brand number one in customers' hearts and choice. Under her leadership, T-Mobile has already picked up more J.D. Power awards for customer care than any other wireless provider—but being the best is never enough. The customer Experience team is on a mission to cement T-Mobile as one of the leading brands for customer experience overall. Period. Not just in Wireless.

Callie has been with T-Mobile for more than 17 years and has taken on a variety of leadership roles across Retail and Care. She is the leading architect of T-Mobile's winning customer service model, Team of Experts, a breakthrough care model designed to give customers access to a wireless expert when they call or text. Team of Experts launched nationwide in 2018 and continues to break records, ensuring customers are happier, staying longer, deepening their relationship with T-Mobile, and doing all of it with less effort….and a lot more joy.
