Dillon Donald is currently the director of asset management at Stellar Family of Companies, a multifamily development and acquisition firm located in Lubbock, TX.  In this capacity, Dillon is responsible for monitoring portfolio performance, overseeing the execution of business plans, and making investment decisions for Stellar’s assets.  Prior to joining Stellar in 2022, Dillon was an asset manager at Knightvest Capital, a multifamily investment firm in Dallas, TX.  Dillon began his career with HFF in Dallas where he focused on raising capital for client’s commercial real estate needs, contributing to the closing of over $3B in transactions.

Dillon attended Texas Tech University as a first-generation college student and graduated in 2016 earning a BBA in finance with a concentration in real estate.  While at Texas Tech, Dillon was involved in several different organizations.  He was a member of the Rawls Business Leadership program, vice president of the Financial Management Association, and president of the Real Estate Organization.  Dillon has been involved in various professional organizations as well, including Urban Land Institute, The Real Estate Council, and the Lubbock Apartment Association. He is also a member of the Texas Tech Center for Real Estate Advisory Council.
