Kelsey Davis serves as the fice president, investments for Madera Residential, a multifamily investment group that specializes in acquiring and transforming apartment communities across Texas. Overseeing the sourcing, underwriting, and closing of deals, Kelsey is responsible for growing Madera’s portfolio of assets in the firm’s targeted markets. Since joining Madera in 2019, Kelsey has been involved in over $2 billion in acquisitions. Prior to joining Madera, Kelsey spent time in various roles with Eli Lilly, Southwest Bank and Breck Operating Corp.

During his time at Texas Tech, Kelsey was actively involved on campus as a member of the Chancellor’s Ambassadors, President’s Select, Rawls College of Business Ambassadors, Mortar Board, Texas Tech Men’s Club, Finance Association, and served as president of the Texas Tech Real Estate Organization. Kelsey also worked as an intern and later as the Director of Recruitment for Chancellor Emeritus Kent Hance.

Kelsey resides in Dallas, Texas and is actively involved at Watermark Community Church. He also is a member of TREC Dallas and the Texas Tech REO Alumni group.
