Pathway to STEM MBA
The Rawls College Pathway to STEM MBA program allows high-achieving undergraduate students majoring in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) disciplines to complete additional coursework toward a Master in Business Administration. The program focuses on leadership development, professional communication and service learning. A STEM MBA will prepare you for future management and leadership roles, by enabling you to apply effective business concepts within the STEM industry.

Business Seminar Courses
Each semester, you will take a one-credit hour business seminar course that provides an understanding of a broad array of business topics. The seminar's small class size allows you to develop a mentoring relationship with your faculty and engage in discussions with your peers.
Leadership Speaker Series
The Rawls College Leadership Speaker Series welcomes prominent business leaders and professionals to discuss leadership topics and practices with you. Past speakers have included representatives from Eli Lilly and Company, Peoples Bank, Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. and others. In addition to hearing and learning from respected business leaders, the speaker series provides you with an opportunity to practice networking skills.
Service Learning Projects
Through cross disciplinary service learning projects, you will gain real-world knowledge from industry professionals. You will learn to put theory into practice, as you work to solve business problems for companies such as Bahama Bucks, CASA of South Plains, Covenant – Grace Clinic, Early Learning of Lubbock, KCBD News Channel 11 and other organizations.
GMAT Preparation & Fee Waiver
You will take courses designed specifically to assist in GMAT exam preparation, and you will receive a GMAT test fee waiver upon applying to the MBA program.

Techsan Connection
The Techsan Connection is a free, online platform exclusively for Texas Tech alumni. Alumni can apply to jobs, reconnect with fellow classmates, network with industry professionals and volunteer to mentor current students.

Application Requirements
To apply to the Pathway to STEM MBA program, you must be high school senior and an incoming Texas Tech undergraduate student pursuing a STEM-related major.
