Master of Science in Business Administration (Concentration in Finance) - Program Requirements
The Master of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance equips students with the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed in the many fields of finance, including corporate finance, security analysis and valuation, investment management, commercial and investment banking, real estate analysis and investment, and many others.
Program Requirements - 30 credit hours (students with an undergraduate degree in business), 33 credit hours (non-business majors)
Tool Courses - 3 credit hours (required only for non-business undergraduates)
Students who do not have an undergraduate degree in business will be required to take ACCT 5301 - Financial and Managerial Accounting.

Capstone Course - 3 credit hours (applicable toward 24 hour core course total)
Students must take either FIN 5321 - Financial Management Case Analysis or FIN 5327 - Student Managed Investment Fund (SMIF). The class must be taken in the last semester prior to graduation, and students must earn a grade of "B" or better. The capstone 3-credit-hour course can apply toward the 24 hour core course total.
