Sreedhar Madhavaram has been named as the new area coordinator for the Area of Marketing and Supply Chain Management at Texas Tech University's Jerry S. Rawls College of Business.
A professor of marketing, Madhavaram joined the college's faculty this month. He previously taught at Cleveland State University in Ohio after earning his doctorate in marketing from Rawls College in 2005.
Madhavaram frequently presents at national and international conferences. His scholarly work focuses on marketing strategy, marketing theory and concepts, marketing communications, and marketing pedagogy, as well as organizational knowledge and sales management. His research articles have been published in several journals, including: Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science, Academy of Marketing Science Review, Journal of Business Ethics, Journal of Business Research, Industrial Marketing Management, Journal of Advertising, Journal of Personal Selling & Sales Management, and Psychology & Marketing. He also serves on the editorial review board of Industrial Marketing Management.
