Claudia Cogliser has been named as the new area coordinator for the Area of Management at Texas Tech University's Jerry S. Rawls College of Business.
A professor of management, Cogliser joined the faculty at Rawls College in 2005. She
earned her doctorate in business administration with a concentration in organizational
behavior from the University of Miami in 1997.
Cogliser has won numerous research and teaching awards and contributed chapters to several books. Her scholarly work focuses on leadership, sexual harassment, and research methods and has been cited over 5,000 times in scholarly outlets. Her research articles have been published in many journals, including: Journal of Management, The Leadership Quarterly, Journal of Organizational Behavior, Management Communication Quarterly, Leadership and Organizational Development Journal, and Journal of Leadership and Organizational Studies.
