Rawls College Signs New Agreement with MICA – The School Of Ideas, Ahmedabad, India

Rawls College has established a Credit Transfer Program to allow students enrolled in MICA’s Fellow Programme in Management (FPM) to transfer credits to the Ph.D. program at Rawls College.

The Jerry S. Rawls College of Business signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) today (Feb. 27) that will allow students enrolled in the Fellow Programme in Management (FPM) by MICA – The School of Ideas in Ahmedabad, India to transfer credits to Rawls College's Doctor of Philosophy in Business Administration program.

Streamlining the credit transferability process will allow international learners to forge fruitful educational pathways at Texas Tech.

"This partnership with one of the top-ranked schools in India expands opportunities for students and helps us attract top talent to our Ph.D. program."

Along with credit transfer, successful applicants will be eligible for assistantships, internships and placements, similar to all other Texas Tech University doctoral candidates.

During the signing ceremony, MICA Dean, Preeti Shroff, expressed great excitement about the partnership on behalf of MICA's administration.

"Collaboration happens on paper, but it translates into action when people connect" said Shroff.
