U.S. News & World Report ranked Rawls College’s full-time Master of Business Administration program among the best in the nation.
The Jerry S. Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech University was ranked among the best in the nation for their full-time Master of Business Administration (MBA) program, according to the 2021 U.S. News & World Report annual Best Graduate Schools rankings released March 17. U.S. News & World Report, the global authority in education rankings, recognized Rawls College as No. 92 in the full-time MBA category.
"Our debut in these rankings puts our program at No. 8 overall in Texas and No. 4 in Texas among public institutions," said Rawls College Dean, Margaret L. Williams. "We are pleased to be included in the rankings and will continue to innovate to enhance the value we provide to students and employers."
According to U.S. News & World Report, the Best Graduate Schools rankings are based on two types of data: expert opinions about program excellence and statistical indicators that measure the quality of a school's faculty, research and students.
When compiling the full-time MBA 2021 rankings, U.S. News & World Report evaluated MBA programs from across the country, accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business International. The rankings were based on factors such as peer and recruiter assessments, mean starting salary and bonuses, employment rates for program graduates, mean GMAT and GRE scores, mean undergraduate GPA, and acceptance rate.

Rawls College is accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB), the main accrediting organization for business schools, and offers various MBA programs to assist students in developing managerial perspective and business skills.
