Jennifer Bell Riley, MSA is a seasoned educator and accomplished professional with extensive experience in program development, grant writing, and project management. Currently a lecturer at Texas Tech University's Rawls College of Business Administration, she has successfully taught online courses in financial and managerial accounting since 2021, engaging classes that average 50 students. In addition to her role at Texas Tech, Jennifer is a financial and leadership lecturer for the Allstate Foundation, where she teaches a diverse range of courses, both online and in-person, and serves on a task force to revise the curriculum. Her international experience includes teaching employees of Austin Medical Solutions i, n Bengaluru, India, where she develops proprietary coursework aligned with company goals.

Jennifer's academic credentials include a Master of Science in Accounting from Texas Tech University and a Bachelor of Science in Business and Communications from Lubbock Christian University. She has held numerous significant roles including senior director at the YWCA of Lubbock where she manages operations for the Women’s Health Initiative, overseeing a $500,000 annual budget and implementing a proprietary database for tracking grant outcomes. Her leadership in community health has made a substantial impact, serving more than 1,000 rural clients annually and educating low-income individuals in financial literacy.

Beyond her teaching and administrative roles, Jennifer is an active community leader and speaker, presenting on topics such as strategic planning and data-driven decision-making.
