Claudia Cogliser is professor of management and area coordinator for the Area of Management. Cogliser earned her doctorate in business administration with a concentration in organizational behavior from the University of Miami in 1997. She has won numerous research and teaching awards with over 40 publications.

Her scholarly work focuses on leadership, diversity/equity/inclusion and research methods and has been cited over 8,000 times in scholarly outlets. Her research has been published in journals including the Journal of Management, The Leadership Quarterly, Journal of Organizational Behavior, Management Communication Quarterly, Leadership and Organizational Development Journal and Journal of Leadership and Organizational Studies.
