Claudio G. Müller is a Visiting Assistant Professor of Management at the Rawls College of Business Administration, Texas Tech University. A dedicated academic, his work bridges research and teaching at the intersection of entrepreneurship, family business, and organizational strategy. Before joining Texas Tech, Muller held positions as a Visiting Professor at Kennesaw State University (GA) and Stetson University (FL) and served as a professor at the University of Chile.

Professor Muller brings a global and interdisciplinary perspective to the classroom, with expertise in Entrepreneurship, Organizational Behavior, and International Management.

Muller's research explores how family businesses influence entrepreneurial behavior, innovation, and decision-making. It examines key topics such as generational transitions, family dynamics, and cultural values, uncovering how these enterprises balance tradition and innovation to achieve sustainable success. Müller's findings have been published in esteemed journals, including the Journal of Family Business Strategy, the Journal of Evolutionary Studies in Business, and Cross-Cultural & Strategic Management.

Müller holds a Ph.D. in Business Economics from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, Spain an MBA from Loyola University Maryland, and a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from Universidad Técnica Federico Santa María.
