Makel Dandridge is pursuing a bachelor's degree in psychology with a minor in Kinesiology, focusing on understanding mental processes and human behavior. Drawing from her extensive experience as a dance teacher, Makel has developed a unique ability to combine artistry and education, fostering creativity, discipline, and self-expression in students of all ages. Through teaching dance, she has cultivated skills in leadership, mentorship, and inspiring confidence and resilience in others.

Makel joined the organization in the fall of 2024 and actively contributes to the Drug and Alcohol Committee. Over time, she has taken on additional roles, including wellness advocacy and educational programming. Passionate about using movement to support mental health, she promotes creativity and fosters community connections. As a peer educator, Makel is excited to continue her impactful work.

When not working, Makel enjoys exploring new books, delving into psychology articles, and engaging in creative projects. She strongly believes in the power of movement as a form of healing and connection and hopes to inspire others to embrace their passions while finding balance in life.
