Voice for Change Information
What are RISE Modules, and why is my student required to complete them?
RISE Modules are administered by Vector, a third party-system. Texas Tech uses this system to provide preventative educational modules to students.
All new and first semester students are required to complete the modules in their first semester at Texas Tech. Students are informed of the module requirement via email at the beginning of the semester. This email contains information about access to their personal dashboards, using their TTU credentials. View more information.
What happens if my student does not complete the assigned RISE Modules?
If a student does not complete the modules by the assigned deadline, a hold will be placed on their account until completion. At this time, the hold is not a registration hold, and only applies to release of transcripts and ability to view grades.
