Please note that we require all presentations, workshops, and tabling requests to
be made at least two weeks in advance. Submission of this form does not indicate confirmation.
We will reach out to confirm details once we have approved your request.
To request a RISE workshop or presentation, you are required to read and acknowledge the Program Request Terms & Conditions.
