RISE Peer Educator applications are open for Fall 2024! These applications open Friday, December 8th, 2023 at 8AM and close Monday, March 18, 2024 at 11:59m PM. RISE Peer Educators are eligible for a paid position for the Fall 2024-Spring 2025 semester. Get more information about peer education.

Peer Educators are required to:

• • Attend mandatory training mid-August 2024
  • Participate in Raider Welcome Week events August 2024
  • Work approximately 20 hours per month by attending committee meetings and office hours, facilitating workshops and campus outreach, and working events, and finding creative, innovative ways to reach a variety of student populations
  • Maintain a 3.0 cumulative GPA
  • Remain in good disciplinary standing at Texas Tech University
