Our Mission Statement
The mission of the College of Media & Communication is to (1) educate students in
the knowledge, skills and perspectives necessary for future careers in communication
industries, (2) prepare them for life-long learning and/or advanced study in communication-related
disciplines, and (3) achieve recognition among professionals, public organizations/agencies
and scholars as a pre-eminent program in media and communication education, research
and service.
