Dual Degrees

Master of Arts in Mass Communication / MBA

In partnership with the Texas Tech Rawls College of Business, the MBA/MA in Mass Communication program is designed for students interested in pursuing executive positions in broadcasting, public relations, advertising, media relations, marketing communications or related industries. You will graduate with the strategic leadership skills needed to solve complex communication and business challenges.

Program format

Requiring 54 credit hours, you can complete your degrees within two to three years. You will work with advisors from both colleges to ensure all graduation requirements are met for each program. [View Curriculum]

Admissions

Applicants will need to apply to the College of Media & Communication and Rawls College, separately. Both schools must issue an acceptance for you to enroll in the dual degree program.
