Monica Davis - Austin, TX

Monica Davis has worked in broadcasting for over 44 years. Started in 1961 at the age of 14 at KCKG-AM Sonora. In 1966, she worked at KTBC-AM-FM-TV and eventually became the master control director. In March of 1978, she opened Austin's first media buying agency and six months later, opened Austin's first broadcast news monitoring service, Teleclip. Both are in business to date.
