Julia Heard Witt

Biography

Julia Heard Witt, M.Ed., LPC, and NCC, has been with the college since April of 2015. She received a bachelor's degree from Auburn University in Hotel & Restaurant Management and a master's degree from Hardin-Simmons University in Counseling.  She is a Licensed Professional Counselor and holds a National Counselor Certification.  

In 2020, Julia was presented a President's Excellence Award in recognition of her passion for student success and innovative holistic advising.

Julia is married to Matt Witt, a local attorney, and is mom to Townes and step-mom to Evangeline. When not working, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and eating wonderful food.
