Beginning in Fall 2024, University Student Housing (USH) will offer a Year-Round Housing option in Coleman Hall for first-time incoming students. In addition to traditional on-campus housing for the fall and spring terms, year-round housing residents will be permitted to stay and live on campus during the winter break, the summer break, or both, and benefit from a significant housing discount. Space is limited. Returning residents seeking year-round housing may sign up to live in one of our year-round residence halls including West Village or Carpenter Wells. How to Sign Up
All first-time incoming students interested in year-round housing must complete an application, which you can find by clicking the button below. Upon receipt of application, a University Student Housing staff member will contact you to sign a Year-Round Housing Addendum and confirm your room assignment.
Things to Know
During winter break, students can use fall term dining bucks at open locations. Additional dining bucks can be added as needed. Dining availability and hours may be limited.
Room assignments are determined by University Student Housing staff. Students do not have the option to choose their own space.
Only students participating in our Year-Round Housing program or residents in West Village and Carpenter Wells are permitted to remain on campus during the winter break.
Depending on availability, summer housing may be hosted in an alternate residence hall.
