Bachelor of Business Administration in Management
Our management program helps students sharpen their communication skills, decision-making abilities and conflict-resolution expertise. Students learn how to confidently lead others in dynamic, constantly changing work environments and upon graduation are prepared to lead Fortune 500 companies and small businesses or set off on their own entrepreneurial ventures.
Customized Learning Experience
In addition to developing a common body of knowledge in management, students can choose one of two areas of concentration.
The human resources management concentration offers students the opportunity to learn the principles of effectively planning, organizing and leading organizations. Students develop distinctive competencies enabling them to effectively manage, lead and compete in the global marketplace while modeling high standards of ethical conduct and social responsibility.
The strategic entrepreneurship and innovation concentration focuses on creating new value wherever it can be found: new products, services, businesses and social/corporate enterprises. Students gain the knowledge needed to land exciting careers in organizations requiring entrepreneurial thinking backed by concrete skills.
