Mark Autry serves as the Chief Accounting Officer of Double Eagle Energy Holdings IV, LLC and Double Eagle Energy Holdings V, LLC, which are leading oil and gas companies in the Permian and Delaware Basins.  Mr. Autry joined the Double Eagle team in 2013 and oversees all accounting, tax, financial reporting, and treasury functions. During his tenure with Double Eagle, he has been an integral part of multiple successful sales of previous iterations of Double Eagle. Prior to joining Double Eagle, Mark held a role in SEC reporting at Crestwood Midstream Partners located in Fort Worth, Texas. While at Crestwood, he worked with executive management to ensure accurate and timely filings with the SEC. He began his career in 2007 at KPMG, LLP as an auditor in the financial services group performing audits of hedge funds and private equity firms. Mr. Autry holds a BBA and MSA in Accounting from Texas Tech and is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Texas. Mr. Autry met his wife at Texas Tech and they have three daughters.  In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, and supporting the Red Raiders.
