In September, the Jerry S. Rawls College of Business Recent Alumni Board gathered for their annual in-person meeting, where members networked, shared valuable experiences, and discussed future initiatives aimed at enhancing the college experience for current students and alumni.

The Recent Alumni Board (RAB), established in fall 2020, is composed of alumni who graduated from Rawls College within the past 15 years. The members support the present and future goals of Rawls by contributing to the quality of its programs, providing a voice to recent alumni on relevant issues and encouraging involvement from recent graduates. The board now consists of 56 members, including 12 new additions, all committed to supporting the growth and success of Rawls College.

A core component of the RAB's work is mentorship. Members act as mentors to current students in the Rawls Ambassador program, offering valuable advice and professional insights to help students navigate their academic and career paths.

How to Become a Member of RAB

Becoming a member of the RAB is open to any Rawls graduate (undergraduate or master's) from the past 15 years. Prospective members can self-nominate or be nominated by others. The membership committee reviews applications each spring to select new board members, and interested individuals can apply via the RAB website.
