For many students, the Rawls Career Fair is more than an event — it's a chance to look into the future and imagine the possibilities. Sponsored by Enterprise Mobility, this years fair provided an invaluable opportunity for students to explore career prospects across all majors and connect with recruiters from various organizations. More than 100 premier employers — including Fortune 500 companies, small businesses, nonprofit organizations, and government institutions — were on-site, actively seeking talent for internships and full-time roles.
In preparation for the fair, the Rawls CMC organized a series of workshops and encouraged students to schedule appointments for personalized guidance on essential topics like resume formatting, interview strategies, and effectively navigating the career fair. Aiming to empower students to prep, connect, get hired, and succeed, CMC employees play a valuable role in ensuring students' confidence and readiness throughout the recruiting process, helping them achieve their career goals.
The experience didn't end after the final handshake — over the next two days, more than 260 in-person interviews took place on campus, giving students an immediate opportunity to take the next step in their career journeys. And for those still exploring their options, the Rawls CMC will continue to offer additional opportunities throughout the year, including another career fair in the fall.
