Drew B. Winters is a Full Professor and the Lucille and Raymond Pickering Chair in Finance at Texas Tech University. His research focuses on the intraday and daily behavior of short-term interest rates. His work has appeared in several academic journals including the Journal of Business, the Journal of Banking and Finance, the Journal of Financial Research, and the Economic Review of the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis. Winters also conducts reasearch on the factors that influence line of credit interest rates. This work appears in the Journal of Accounting Research, the Journal of Financial Research, and the Quarterly Journal of Business and Economics. Recent work examines that regulatory response to the finance crisis and impacts on money market funds and banks.
