About
Inmyung Choi is an Assistant Professor in the Information Systems & Quantitative Sciences (ISQS) area at the Rawls College of Business, Texas Tech University. He earned his Ph.D. from the Ivy College of Business at Iowa State University and completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the Desautels Faculty of Management, McGill University.Dr. Choi’s research examines how top management teams, particularly CEOs, leverage digital resources to drive innovation, execute IT-enabled strategic actions, and enhance firm performance in competitive markets. His work contributes to the business value of IT literature by exploring how executive characteristics shape IT investment decisions and influence digital transformation outcomes. His research spans three core areas: Digital Leadership, IT and Business Strategy, and Digital Innovation/Transformation.His work has been published or is forthcoming in MIS Quarterly, Journal of the Association for Information Systems, European Journal of Information Systems, and Journal of Strategic Information Systems. He is also an active reviewer and has received Best Reviewer Awards from the Journal of Strategic Information Systems and the International Conference on Information Systems.
