About

Rogers has been a professor in Rawls College since 2013. His areas of teaching are human resources and strategic management. He enjoys guiding his students into the next steps of life following graduation. The real world application of what students learn in the university setting combined with internships and his own corporate experience is noted as something that students enjoy about his courses.

While at Texas tech University, Rogers has been involved in awarding scholarships and recently has been named as the faculty representative for the Student Officers of the Society of Human Resource Management.
