Caren Fullerton is an adjunct instructor with the Area of Management.

Dr. Fullerton has extensive teaching experience in higher education and holds a PhD in agricultural and applied economics from Texas Tech University with a focus in Management. 

Her research interests include: family owned enterprises, leadership and entrepreneurship. She is a member of the Academy of Management and the Family Firm Institute.

Additionally, Dr. Fullerton has experience in the commercial banking industry supporting a diverse set of customers from a large supermarket chain, a significant hospital entity and an oil company headquartered in Australia with a refinery off the coast of Papua, New Guinea. While with the bank, she was the recipient of many sales awards. She also worked in the bank's accounting area compiling and publishing required governmental reports.
