Jill joined the Rawls College of Business marketing and supply chain management faculty in Fall 2017 after 20+ years in the private sector. Jill enjoys the learning process and seeks to stimulate a similar appreciation among her students. She leverages her experiences in manufacturing, marketing and management to demonstrate the real-world applicability of the course concepts discussed in her services marketing and new product development classes.

Her teaching style is influenced by the excellent professors she knew as an MBA student at Texas Tech, as well as a few exemplary management role models she encountered in her industry positions. She considers the opportunity to connect with (and learn from!) young people as one of the key perks of her role and particularly strives to help students understand how their coursework and various college experiences cultivate important self-knowledge and life skills that will serve their long-term personal and professional growth.
