Rawls Distinguished Scholar

The Rawls College of Business has invited Distinguished Scholar Anne Farrell, Ph.D., to give a guest presentation on neuroscience research in business from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on April 4 in the McCoy Atrium, room 115. There will be one-on-one meeting opportunities, and a catered lunch will be provided.

Farrell is the Chair and PricewaterhouseCoopers Professor of the Department of Accountancy in the Farmer School of Business at Miami University. Her talk will cover the latest insights into the relatively new field of neuroaccounting. She will discuss broadly her findings on how neuroscience technology can help accounting scholars understand how decision-makers physically and cognitively process and reach accounting information and controls.
