(PHOTOS) Members of the West Texas Rural Education Partnership gathered Dec. 8-9 for a summit in Brownfield and Lubbock. The Texas Tech University-led partnership recently received a $1.5-million gift to address a shortage of high-quality teachers in rural West Texas communities.
