JOSEPH G. CLAUDET is an Associate Professor of Educational Leadership in the Department
of Educational Psychology, Leadership, & Counseling, College of Education, Texas Tech
University.
Dr. Claudet's research focuses on investigating the interactive learning and development processes of education stakeholders involved in navigating and responding to the complexities of organizational change. His research over the past two decades has involved developing university–school district collaborative partnerships to explore the application of multimedia case design techniques to enhance the organizational learning and decision making effectiveness of K-12 school leaders.
Dr. Claudet has served in leadership positions in professional organizations at both the national and state levels. Dr. Claudet is a past president of The Study of Learning Environments Special Interest Group and a past co-president of the Teaching in Educational Administration Special Interest Group of the American Educational Research Association. In addition, Dr. Claudet is a past president of the Texas Professors of Educational Administration.
