Lindsay Harper, Ed.D.

Lindsay’s passion lies in empowering people to reach their fullest potential through leadership education and personal development. As the Assistant Dean for Academic Leadership Development, she leads initiatives that foster student success, cultivate character driven leadership, and promote a culture of engagement and growth.

With over 20 years of experience in higher education, her career has spanned academic advising, curriculum development, leadership training, first-year programs, and student affairs. Beyond academia, she is an entrepreneur, public speaker, and advocate for personal growth. In her free time, she enjoys being outside in the sunshine, painting and upcycling furniture, and spending time with her family, who include husband Michael and children Elora and Ada.

 

The consistent thread of Lindsay’s life has been her ability to inspire and develop individuals and teams, equipping them with the skills and mindset to thrive. Her mission is to continue challenging the status quo, building impactful programs, and shaping the next generation of leaders.
