The program is officially established and registered by the CFP® board, laying the foundation for financial planning education at Texas Tech.
Research Expanded
The Center for Financial Responsibility is established.
A New Century
The Department expands its curriculum to include the Ph.D. program and gains national recognition.
Alumni Recognition
The first Opportunity Days event was held on campus for alumni, faculty, staff, and students.
Setting the Standard
PFP becomes a standalone School within the college, cementing its status as a premier destination for future advisors.
