Ebee Ward is a third-year law student.  She holds an undergraduate degree in Environmental Studies from the University of Colorado Boulder. Ebee's work for the Center focuses on drafting comprehensive groundwater surveys for states. She works with Professor Hardberger, Professor Gabriel Eckstein (Texas A&M University School of Law), and other student researchers. The individual surveys provide in-depth details regarding groundwater law and regulations for each state to develop valuable comparisons of groundwater regimes across the United States. The individual surveys are published in volumes.
