Home to a vibrant and dynamic community, the string area in the School of Music is comprised of full-time faculty passionate about the highest standards of artistry and teaching. Study in the Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Music or Graduate Programs with a concentration in one of our string area programs.

Studios

Upon your audition to the school of music, you will be placed in your corresponding instrument/voice studio. Studios are managed and taught by the corresponding instrument/voice professor and these studios meet once a week for a masterclass to discuss pedagogy.  The studios consist of the following instruments:

  • Violin
