Eva Browning Artist Series
As part of the Eva Browning Artist in Residence position at Texas Tech University, the School of Music is pleased to announce the Eva Browning Guest Artist series, a concert series featuring Texas Techs own Daniel del Pino, prominent guest artists, and chamber ensembles. This year, the series features Prof. del Pino joined by notable musicians such as cellist Amit Peled, Professor of Peabody Institute in Baltimore; pianist William Westney, former Texas Tech Eva Browning Artist in Residence and Paul Whitfield Horn Professor; and Romanian violinist Irina Muresanu, Laureate of the Queen Elizabeth International Competition. The series finale will be a full recital by the Hermitage Trio, who boast several GRAMMY Award nominations and a First Prize in the Tchaikovsky International Cello Competition.
The Eva Browning Artist Series will continue our tradition of artistic excellence by welcoming unparalleled artists to perform for our University and Lubbock communities.
