Dean's Student Council

Established in 2018, the Dean's Student Council (DSC) is designed to serve as the vital connection between Rawls College of Business students and the dean, thereby fostering a sense of community within the college. Members of the Dean's Student Council will gather feedback from students and advise the dean on these matters. The Dean's Student Advisory Council will also help promote the Rawls College of Business to internal and external audiences.

Join the Dean's Student Council

Dean's Student Council members will be responsible for bringing concerns, requests, solutions, and ideas that represent Rawls College of Business students to the dean. Members will participate in monthly meetings, activities, committees and encourage student participation.

Dean's Student Council Officers

To be considered for membership and to continue membership, students must be a Rawls College of Business student in good standing with TTU. Students must have taken or be enrolled in at least one class within the Rawls College of Business.

Members are selected by the dean based on recommendations from the Dean's Student Council Executive Council. Upperclassmen are selected by May 1st for the following academic year and freshmen are selected by September 30th for the current academic year.
