Digital Signage

Rawls College has a digital signage matrix throughout the building consisting of professional line of LED-LCDs used for information display, thus keeping printing, paper, and color inking to a minimum. These displays are set to automatically run from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM for 10 seconds and will be set into player rotation in no particular order, other than an order of reception. Images will be scheduled to begin running up to two weeks before the event, and until the date of the event. General images with no event or date associated with them will run for a maximum of two weeks.

All submissions must include a high-resolution (at least 300 PPI) PNG or JPEG image of appropriate size. Images can be created in programs such as Canva, PowerPoint, Paint or Photoshop and must include the Rawls College logo.

Please submit images seven days prior to the requested run date.

Rawls College Image Standard

Submissions must include a Rawls College logo in one of the four corners of the image. Images must fit within a 16:9 aspect ratio (3340 x 2160 pixels) in landscape orientation.

Portable Signage

The portable digital signage display can be set up for internal events on the first floor of Rawls College. The display must be set up and taken down each day, therefore events that involve setup or teardown before 8:30 a.m. or after 4:30 p.m. will require overtime payment for two staff members.

• The monitor can be displayed vertically OR horizontally.
