Eric Brown is an assistant professor of practice in the Area of Information Systems and Quantitative Sciences in the Rawls College of Business Administration at Texas Tech University.

Brown teaches at both the undergraduate and graduate levels, teaching courses as part of the information systems and data science curriculum, as well as operations management.

Brown's research focuses on the intersection of optimization and machine learning, with application to the power grid and medical treatment.
