About

Phillip is a senior instructor at Texas Tech University with teaching responsibilities as a course coordinator for the undergraduate level course Introduction to Operations Management. In addition he has taught team building and interpersonal skills at the graduate level in the MBA and executive MBA programs. He also has taught decision theory, risk management and project management MBA courses. His student evaluations are routinely in the upper 10% of all the Rawls College of Business. He holds a CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) credential issued by the Project Management Institute. In addition, Mr. Flamm also holds a CEAS 1 ergonomics certification. As a part of the TTU Study Abroad program Phillip has taught for a month each summer in Seville, Spain for the last three years. His work experience includes 25+ years as an industrial engineer, plant manager, and small business owner in the service and manufacturing areas.
