AEC faculty, students recognized at Costa Rica conference
Katie Leigh with the Department of Agricultural Education and Communications has been elected a graduate student representative to the Association for International Agriculture and Extension Education's Board of Directors. She was named to the post at the group's annual conference on March 14 at EARTH University in Costa Rica.

Texas Tech competes and places at Big Spring rodeo
Texas Tech senior animal and food sciences major Romany Gordon won second place in the finals and second overall in the barrel racing event, helping lead the Texas Tech women to the top of the regional standings at the Howard College Intercollegiate Rodeo Association Southwest Region Rodeo last weekend.
