Why Japanese?

Japanese is the ninth most widely spoken language in the world with more than 126 million speakers, and is considered a "critical language". Japan has close economic connections with the United States. Students who wish to pursue careers in education and business within Japan will find Japanese to be an asset. Our program offers a minor in Japanese.
