Mentorship

A mentor relationship can provide you with knowledge and support as you begin cultivating your career path. Mentors serve as guides to their mentees and listen, offer advice, encouragement, and support. There are several reasons to seek out mentorship, including growing your professional network, having someone to cheer you on, challenge you and push you to try new things, or someone to help coach you through times of change and transition.
