Ashlie serves as the Associate Director of Systems & Administration for the Honors College. In this role, she oversees the college's budgets and personnel operations, develops programs that support Honors College student success initiatives, and leads the college's process development efforts. She is passionate about creating opportunities that support the growth, development, and success of both students and staff.

A native of Missoula, Montana, Ashlie joined the Honors College in March 2023 after more than 15 years at Central Washington University, where she held administrative leadership roles within the College of Arts and Humanities and University Advancement. Her professional experience also includes work in both nonprofit and corporate sectors, providing her with a diverse background in organizational management, strategic operations, and program development.

Ashlie is Prosci Change Management certified, a certified Mental Health First Aid instructor, and has contributed to numerous initiatives focused on advancing both university and community goals. Her work has included developing and implementing onboarding and mentorship programs for students and staff, creating and delivering training materials, and facilitating workshops designed to enhance engagement, professional development, and organizational effectiveness.

Outside of work, Ashlie enjoys traveling and seeking new adventures with her husband, spending time with their four dogs, Sadie, Bentley, Bradshaw, and Stella and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.
