Ashlie serves as the Associate Director of Systems & Administration for the Honors College. In her role she manages the college's budgets, personnel, develops programs to support Honors College student success efforts across the college, and lead communication efforts.

Ashlie is a native of Missoula, Montana and prior to joining the Honors College (March 2023) worked at Central Washington University, where she served for over 15 years in administrative roles for the College of Arts and Humanities and University Advancement. She has also held roles outside university settings, working in non-profit and corporate areas. Ashlie has a certification in Prosci Change Management, is a certified Mental Health First Aid instructor, and has been engaged in numerous projects to support university and community advancements. When Ashlie is not working, she enjoys traveling and going on adventures with her husband, chasing after her three dogs (Sadie, Bentley, and Bradshaw), and cooking.
