KristiLyn Wikinson, M.S., CFP®, AFC®, CDFA® taught personal finance at Utah State University for over a decade before joining Texas Tech. She has worked with individuals and families as a housing and financial counselor and is an Accredited Financial Counselor. She started her career working for the Utah Division of Securities as a securities fraud investigator regulating unlicensed activity in Utah. She currently works for Harold Dance Investments as a CFP®. KristiLyn is passionate about helping students succeed in the field of personal finance. Her experience teaching, along with her work in the private sector, government, and not-for-profit industry, allows her to bring practical application into her teaching to enhance student learning.
